Exhibition
Homelessness Australia is offering exhibition spaces, for the first time. This provides an opportunity for organisations to showcase their products and services to provide delegates with the broader picture of potential pathways to end homelessness.
We're encouraging those organisations with products and services that can contribute to the puzzle of ending homelessness to purchase booth spaces.
Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The exhibitor package provides the following: Shell Scheme
- Booth size 3m x 3m (9 square metres)
- 2.4m high built in Silver Grey Velcro compatible fabric panels
- Company name on fascia signage
- Two 150 watt spotlights
- One 4 amp power point
Exhibitor Entitlements For every exhibiting organisation, one representative from the organisation will be entitled to one full registration, which includes:
- Attendance to all conference sessions
- Morning and afternoon teas
- Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening
- Lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Delegate satchel including Conference handbook
- Name badge
- Company profile and full contact details listed in the Conference handbook
Additional Exhibition Staff Additional catering and tickets to social functions will be available for purchase via forms sent with the exhibition manual.
Cost $2,500 (including GST)

Exhibition Details The Exhibition will open for the welcome reception on Wednesday 1 September and for the conference on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 September 2010.
To maximize your access to delegates, all catering will be held in the exhibition centre. This includes:
- Welcome Reception to be held in the Exhibition area on Wednesday evening
- All morning and afternoon teas to held in the exhibition area
- All lunches will be held in the exhibition area
There are also a number of break-out rooms within the exhibition area which will increase exposure to through traffic during session breaks.

Exhibition Listing Organisations participating in the 6th National Homelessness Conference, Exhibition will receive a complimentary listing in the final Conference program. This listing will include full contact details.

Friday 3 September 08:30 Exhibition open: arrival tea and coffee, morning and afternoon teas and lunch will take place in the exhibition areas. 16:00 Exhibitor pack down following afternoon tea
Exhibition Floor Plan The Exhibition Managers reserve the right to amend the floor plan and to relocate any stands as and if required.
Booking and Payment Details
Booths will be allocated strictly on a first come first served basis. To confirm your booking please complete the booking form and return together with a payment by 30 July 2010.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% is payable with booking
Balance: The balance is payable on or before 13 August 2010. Any booth purchased after this date will need to be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Terms and Conditions
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Cheque/bank draft in Australian dollars should be made payable to Homelessness Australia and forwarded to: National Homelessness Conference c/- Conference Coordinators PO Box 139 Calwell ACT 2905
Final payments are due by 13 August 2010
- A 50% deposit of the total stand/space is required with booking.
- Stands will be allocated strictly on receipt of booking, and confirmed by letter, email or facsimile.
- In the event of a cancellation a service fee of $300 applies for each stand cancelled prior to 30 July 2010. After this date no refunds will be made unless space is resold. If space is resold a service fee of 50% of the stand price will apply.
- If the standard shell scheme is not required and a custom designed stand is to be constructed, please provide a diagram of the proposed stand with details and dimensions. All display construction requires approval by Homelessness Australia.
- A pro rata fee will apply if construction extends beyond the allocated space.
- Refunds or discounts do not apply for facilities unused or not required.
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to reject a booking at any time.
